RYAN HYMAN
Ryan is a Vice President in the Fort Worth office of the Texas Series of Lockton Companies. He primarily serves as a client advocate, responsible for new business development, managing client relationships, and guiding the service team on strategy and client retention.
Ryan has a national network and client base of all asset classes for Commercial Real Estate Owners/Developers. In addition to traditional Property & Casualty risk management strategies, he has created a process to most efficiently evaluate ground-up development insurance. Ryan created and hosts a national series for owners/developers/capital called ‘Join Lunch Table’ to collaborate on real-time industry issues, with over 350 companies participating.
Ryan is a passionate father of a daughter and son and spends his non-working hours coaching his kids’ sports teams, wandering around in the mountains, and cheering for his TCU Horned Frogs.
ROBERT WIEREMA
Robert is a leader in Lockton’s National Real Estate & Construction Practice and President of Lockton’s Midwest Series. He oversees client relationships, guides service teams, and advises on strategy. His clients include middle-market and large construction companies, real estate developers, and asset owners.
With a background in finance and economics and a history in the construction industry, Robert has a distinctive skillset to help his clients structure unique risk management strategies, including the use of captives, self-insurance, subcontractor default insurance, surety bonding, wrap-up solutions, project risk and more. He has delivered over $4.5B in work to his construction clients and developers through strategic introductions. He hosts a semi-annual CEO Dinner, construction industry networking events, and facilitates one-on-one discussions between industry leaders.
Robert and his wife, Anais, enjoy traveling and exploring their home city of Chicago. He is passionate about the outdoors and serves numerous conservation organizations aimed at preserving and restoring wetlands and prairies.
